April 2021 Administratively Complete Permit Applications, May 05, 2021
HPWD received 40 administratively complete water well permit applications in April. Of these, one application was for a Dockum Aquifer well and the other 39 were for Ogallala Aquifer wells. The majority of permit applications are for wells to be completed in Cochran County. The HPWD Board of Directors will consider approval of these applications at their May 11 regular meeting. HPWD has processed 744 permit applications to date in the 2021 fiscal year. This is 292 more than the same time period in 2020.
