They include Cathy Banda, Hale County Extension office manager at Plainview, Dr. Jourdan Bell, an agronomist, at Amarillo, and Tiffany Dowell Lashmet, an agricultural law specialist at Amarillo. NEW REGION K WATER PLANNING GROUP CHAIR — After 18 years, John Burke has retired as the Region K Water Planning Group Chair. He is succeeded by David Van Dresar, General Manager of the Fayette County Groundwater Conservation District.
