The High Plains Underground Water Conservation District (HPWD) is currently accepting proposals for its Research and Demonstration Grants, which support projects focused on water conservation research, demonstration initiatives, or educational programs within the district.

All proposals must be submitted using the online application form available on the HPWD website and are due no later than Monday, February 2, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. 

Once received, proposals will be reviewed by the HPWD Research/Demonstration Committee, which will make recommendations to the Board of Directors.
Applicants will be notified of the Board’s decision by the end of March or April 2026.
