The High Plains Underground Water Conservation District (HPWD) is now accepting proposals for Research and Demonstration grants.  Requests should focus on water conservation research, demonstration projects, or educational initiatives within the district.

Proposals received by the deadline will be reviewed by the HPWD Research/Demonstration Committee, which will make recommendations to the Board of Directors. Applicants will be notified of the Board's decision by the end of March 2025.  

Applications must be submitted using the form available on the district website.
