High Plains Water District is pleased to offer the following programs to assist those we serve.

• Assistance In Irrigation Management (AIM) Program - AIM is a voluntary program to assist producers with the purchase of telemetry-based irrigation monitoring systems used with either a center pivot or subsurface drip irrigation.
• Dockum Aquifer Partnership Program - HPWD partners with constituents to complete test holes into the Dockum Aquifer. This provides additional data to learn more about this groundwater resource.
• Research and Demonstration Project Grant Funding — HPWD funds a number of research, demonstration, and educational projects each year. District residents and water conservation professionals are encouraged to submit requests for proposals.
